In July 2021, Shanghai lanjian complete sets of electrical device Co.,Ltd took over the electrical equipment order for the 2.6 million tons per year continuous reforming unit project of the 1 million tons/year ethylene and refinery expansion project of Hainan Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. of Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd.
There is a shining pearl on the vast blue waves of the South China Sea, which is the rich and beautiful Hainan. Over the years, with the rapid development and rapid changes of Hainan, it has become more charming and attractive. The 1 million tons/year ethylene and refinery expansion project of Hainan Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. is an engineering project of Hainan Province and Sinopec, and has been included in the new national "Petrochemical Industry Planning and Layout Plan". The project is located in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan Province, of which the scale of refinery expansion is 5 million tons/year of refining, and a 1 million tons/year ethylene project will be built simultaneously. After completion and commissioning, the output value of Hainan Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. will exceed 100 billion yuan, becoming an important "engine" for the regional economic development of Hainan Province, and Yangpu will also usher in new development opportunities.
On January 6 this year, the construction of the 2.6 million tons per year continuous reforming unit of Hainan Refining and Chemical's 1 million tons/year ethylene and refinery expansion project officially started. The construction period of the unit is 482 days. The main contents include the whole plant process and thermal pipeline network, circulating water field, regional substation CS60, joint unit 35/6/0.38V substation CS11, sewage treatment plant, diesel hydrogenation raw material tank area, HC, ARDS raw material tank area, air compressor station transformation and other 18 units. Among them, Blue Arrow supplies hundreds of low-voltage cabinets and other power distribution equipment for the project. It is reported that the project is scheduled to be completed and put into production before the end of September 2022. After it is put into production, it can drive downstream industries and contribute petrochemical power to the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
