Lankong Intelligent Prefabricated Substation Empowers Energy Engineering Construction


Recently, the prefabricated substation customized by our company for Chongqing Shale Gas Company has been successfully put into operation in the Zu 201 Pressurization and Dehydration Project of Wufeng Formation-Longmaxi Formation Productivity Construction Project at Zu 210H Well Block, Western Chongqing Shale Gas Field. This is the fourth set of prefabricated substations we have delivered to this customer. We keep supplying high-quality power equipment to ensure stable power supply throughout shale gas exploitation, pressurization and dehydration processes, and consolidate solid power support for energy production.

The delivered prefabricated substation adopts a modular assembly structure, integrating a complete set of professional power distribution and intelligent management and control systems, including transformers, high and low voltage switchgears, station AC and DC power supply devices, electric energy metering devices and microcomputer integrated automatic protection systems. It is also equipped with emergency lighting, ventilation and air conditioning, video monitoring, fire alarm, special fire-fighting equipment and box intelligent management system.

Relying on the built-in intelligent monitoring system, the equipment can collect real-time operating data of internal devices and monitor environmental and safety conditions, with data synchronized to the background in real time. It realizes unattended operation, remote monitoring and intelligent management, perfectly meeting the operation and maintenance demands of field oil and gas stations.

01 Rapid Deployment to Shorten Construction Cycle Greatly

Different from the complicated construction procedures of traditional substations, this equipment adopts the mode of factory prefabrication plus on-site assembly, which greatly reduces on-site civil engineering construction and equipment installation workload. While the construction cycle of traditional substations lasts for several months, this prefabricated substation can be put into operation within just a few days after arriving at the site, only requiring foundation pouring and simple cable connection, fully catering to the urgent construction demands of oil and gas projects. Standardized assembly and commissioning in factories strictly control product quality and greatly lower the probability of on-site faults.

02 Compact Structure Suitable for Complex Mountainous Terrain

With high-density integrated layout, its volume is only 1/3 to 1/5 of traditional substations with the same capacity, featuring higher land utilization rate and smaller floor area. Targeting the difficulties of remote mountainous locations, rugged mountain roads and limited transportation conditions of shale gas stations in Sichuan-Chongqing area, we customize and optimize equipment dimensions to fit mountain transportation requirements and achieve easy installation in complex field sites.

When power consumption rises, there is no need for large-scale reconstruction of existing facilities, and power supply capacity can be upgraded simply by adding modules, conforming to enterprises’ long-term development plans.

The fully insulated and fully sealed structure not only isolates external environmental erosion, but also guarantees personal safety of maintenance staff, building a solid barrier for safe production.
