Hainan refining and Petrochemical 1 million tons/year ethylene and refining expansion project is a key project of Hainan Province and China Petrochemical, has been included in the national "petrochemical industry planning layout plan". The project is located in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan Province, where the refinery expansion scale is 5 million tons/year of refining, and the construction of 1 million tons/year of ethylene engineering. After the project is completed and put into operation, the output value of Hainan refining and chemical industry will exceed 100 billion yuan, becoming an important "engine" for the regional economic development of Hainan Province, and Yangpu will also usher in new development opportunities.
On January 6 this year, Hainan Refining and Chemical 1 million tons/year ethylene and refining expansion project 2.6 million tons per year continuous reforming plant officially started construction. The construction period of the device is 482 days, the main content includes the whole plant process and heat pipe network, circulating water farm, regional substation CS60, the combined unit 35/6/0.38V substation CS11, sewage treatment plant, diesel hydrogenation raw material tank farm, HC, ARDS raw material tank farm, air compressor station transformation and other 18 units. Among them, Lankong supplies hundreds of low-voltage cabinets and other power distribution equipment for the project. It is reported that the project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation by the end of September 2022. After it is put into operation, it can stimulate downstream industries and contribute petrochemical power to the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
