Lankong helps Sinopec Guangzhou Tianjin Nangang 1.2 million tons/year ethylene project
In August 2022, Shanghai lankong Electrical Equipment Co.,Ltd. accepted Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering Co., Ltd. Tianjin Nangang 1.2 million tons/year ethylene and downstream high-end new materials industrial cluster project (four sets of joint substation) electrical equipment orders.
Tianjin Petrochemical Nangang 1.2 million tons/year ethylene and downstream high-end new materials industrial Cluster project is a major project to promote the national strategy of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. With a huge total investment scale, the project was officially launched in May 2021. The project cluster consists of 11 projects, including key projects such as Tianjin Nangang Ethylene and downstream high-end new materials industrial Cluster, Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry pilot Base, Great Wall Lubricants, catalyst production base, LNG expansion, science experiment base of the Academy of Stone Sciences, achievement transformation center of the Academy of Engineering, photovoltaic new energy, and petrochemical E-trade platform.
As the "leader" of the high-end new material project cluster in Nangang Industrial Zone, Nangang Ethylene Project takes 1.2 million tons/year ethylene plant as the leader, aiming at the world's leading, filling the domestic gap, replacing imports, extending the industrial chain to build 12 sets of high-end new material devices such as ultra-high molecular weight, alpha-olefin, ALL-PE, ABS, POE, HDPE.
The project uses more than 100 LMNS low-voltage cabinets and bus Bridges supplied by Lankong Production. Nangang Ethylene is expected to be completed in 2023, and the project cluster is expected to be completed in 2025.
After the project is completed and put into operation, it will further promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional petrochemical industry to high-end, intelligent, green and integrated, provide characteristic chemical materials and high-end special chemicals for the park, drive 100 billion downstream industries, and help the Nangang Industrial Zone to build a world-class new chemical materials base.
